Smart Deposition AI is provided on a subscription basis in the tiers described on our pricing page. Small and Medium subscriptions are billed and managed through Stripe and can be canceled at any time from the billing portal. Enterprise plans are governed by a separate signed agreement.

Use of the mock deposition trainer is for internal training purposes. Session recordings are used only to generate grading and certificates for the trainee's organization.
